Adaa is the Saudi National Center for Performance Measurement — the independent government body, established by Council of Ministers decision on 6/1/1437 AH (October 2015), reporting directly to the Prime Minister, that measures the performance of every Saudi public agency against the strategic goals, initiatives, and key performance indicators required to deliver Saudi Vision 2030.
