Saudi Vision 2030 is Saudi Arabia’s national transformation plan: a state-led programme to reduce oil dependence, grow non-oil sectors, expand private investment, improve public services, and reposition the Kingdom as a tourism, logistics, investment, technology, and cultural hub [S1], [S2]. It is organized around three pillars: a Vibrant Society, a Thriving Economy, and an Ambitious Nation [S1].
