Saudi Arabia’s National Transport and Logistics Strategy (NTLS), launched in June 2021 under the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services (MOTLS), establishes the framework for transforming the Kingdom into a global logistics hub connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa.
