This shift reflects legislative reform, &lt;a href="https://vision2030.ai/regulation/">regulatory&lt;/a> change, social liberalisation, Saudisation incentives, and institutional investment in the childcare and transport infrastructure required for women to enter and remain in the workforce.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
