Saudi Arabia's Section 301 Tariff Is 12.5%. It Is Not a Finding That Saudi Goods Are Made With Forced Labour.

Washington imposed an additional 12.5% Section 301 duty on Saudi-origin goods from 24 July 2026. The legal trigger is the Kingdom's own missing forced-labour import prohibition, not any US finding about Saudi products. This is the exporter's side of the action.
