It covers capital markets, banking, fintech, payments, insurance, savings, debt markets, asset management, and financial inclusion. The program was launched in 2018 as one of Saudi Arabia&amp;rsquo;s Vision Realization Programs, with SAMA, the Capital Market Authority, and the Insurance Authority among its core implementing institutions [S1]. Its job is not simply to make the financial sector bigger.
