These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vision2030.ai (“the Platform”), operated by The Vanderbilt Portfolio (“the Publisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Nature of the Platform
vision2030.ai is an independent analytical intelligence platform providing commentary, analysis, data interpretation, and reference content related to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 national transformation programme. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by the Government of Saudi Arabia, the Public Investment Fund, or any Saudi governmental entity.
2. Informational Purpose Only
All content published on the Platform is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
- Investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial instrument

4. Subscription and Premium Content
Certain content on the Platform may be designated as premium and accessible under specific terms. Access levels and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the publisher.
Subscriptions are personal to the registered user unless an institutional licence has been agreed in writing. Sharing of login credentials or systematic redistribution of premium content to non-subscribers constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify subscription tiers, pricing, and access terms with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Changes to subscription terms will not apply retroactively to paid subscription periods already in progress.
5. Accuracy and Corrections
The Publisher strives for accuracy in all published content. However, analysis of complex, evolving policy programmes necessarily involves interpretation, estimation, and forward-looking judgment. We do not warrant that all content is free from error.
Where factual errors are identified, we correct them promptly and transparently in accordance with our Corrections Policy. Analytical judgments that are subsequently contradicted by developments are revisited through updated analysis rather than retroactive editing.

The Platform references third-party data sources including, but not limited to, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, credit rating agencies, the Saudi General Authority for Statistics, and various regulatory authorities. We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data and accept no liability for errors in external sources.
The Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Such links are provided for reference convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site’s content, products, or policies. The Publisher is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
7. User Conduct
Users of the Platform agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to premium content, administrative systems, or other users’ accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from the Platform without written authorisation
- Interfere with the Platform’s technical infrastructure or performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vanderbilt Portfolio, its author, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- Investment or business decisions informed by Platform analysis
- Interruption or unavailability of Platform services
- Errors or omissions in published content
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of user data
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Vanderbilt Portfolio and its author from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts determined by the Publisher’s principal place of business.
11. Modifications
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Vanderbilt Portfolio regarding your use of the Platform.
